All the web is buzzing with news of Nintendo’s new handheld, the DSi. We all expected to see a new handheld from them, especially given the rumors afloat, but what exactly is it? The DSi is pretty much a DS with increased functionality. It includes 2 cameras (one inside, one outside), a music player, SD slot, slightly larger display, and revised dashboard. Minus Skype, an online store, UMD movies, and built in web browser (not the Opera cart one for DS), then um..yeah…although PSP doesn’t have a camera. A bit excessive for a handheld? possibly. Do we need another DS? Probably not. Will people buy it? Definitely.
